Dave Meyer is a nationally known author, speaker, mentor coach, and trainer who believes that the only differences between obstacles and stepping stones, are the way that they are used.

Certified by the Coach Training Alliance, Action International, CEO Partnership, and the Institute for Motivational Living, Dave is DISC certified as both a Certified Behavioral Consultant and a Certified Behavioral Analyst in Business Perspectives.

Dave founded Coaching For Tomorrow in 2002 to help build teams and leaders in organizations of all sizes. His mantra is “Great teams are built on the foundation of great leadership. And great leadership is built on the foundation of great trust.”

Dave builds trust through a personal rapport with coaches, clients, and those in need and has a genuine belief that the laws of abundance and attraction mean that the best ideas should be shared with all. He began using group sessions as a way to supplement his coaching revenue and discovered their power to build both his revenue and his one-on-one coaching practice.

Laurie Valaer is an accomplished, dynamic facilitator and coach, whose education, coaching expertise, and personal work experience give her a unique perspective on personal growth, collaboration, and success.

Laurie is the founder of Spiral of Life Coaching, LLC, a company dedicated to empowering women in the fields of engineering, science and technology. It can be particularly challenging for women in predominately male professions, like engineering, to build a strong sense of self-awareness and to express and utilize that awareness fully. Diversity, which companies strive to achieve, suffers as a result!

Laurie's passion is to guide women as they develop greater self-awareness and learn to empower themselves through personal growth and strong connections with other women. She helps women find a voice for their convictions, creating the success in work and life that they desire and deserve.

Laurie completed her coach training through The Coaches Training Institute and has been coaching individuals since 2002. She is certified in Assessing, Training, and Coaching Emotional Intelligence through CEO Partnership and is an Inscape Publishing Certified DiSC® Trainer. Laurie has successfully developed and facilitated group coaching sessions and transformational seminars on a variety of topics.
